Troubleshooting Post-Purchase Delivery and Redirects

Use this article when a buyer paid through a Payment Link but did not receive the file, redirect, or access.

Step 1: Confirm payment

Check that the payment was completed successfully.

Step 2: Check the buyer email

Buyers receive an automatic email after payment. Ask the buyer to search their inbox, spam, promotions, or all mail for CommuniPass.

Step 3: Check the post-payment action

Open the Payment Link settings and confirm what happens after payment.

The buyer may be redirected to a URL, such as a Google Drive folder, Zoom page, or private access link.

Or the buyer may receive access to an uploaded file hosted by CommuniPass.

Step 4: Check the URL

If the buyer is redirected to a URL, make sure the link is correct, public or accessible, and not expired.

Step 5: Check uploaded file delivery

If a file is uploaded, make sure the file is still attached to the Payment Link and is not corrupted.

Step 6: Resend or share manually if needed

If support is needed, send the buyer details to CommuniPass support or provide the correct link manually while the issue is checked.
