Step 1: Check whether the link is active
Make sure the Payment Link has not been deactivated.
Step 2: Check purchase limits
If the link has a purchase limit, the limit may have already been reached.
Step 3: Check expiration date
If the link or coupon has an expiration date, confirm that it is still valid.
Step 4: Check the coupon
If the buyer is using a coupon, check whether the coupon is active, spelled correctly, within usage limits, and valid for that buyer.
Step 5: Check the buyer payment method
Ask the buyer to try another card or payment method if the payment fails.
Step 6: Check if the seller account is active
Payment Links require an active CommuniPass plan. If the creator account or plan is not active, payment functionality may not be available.
Step 7: Contact support
If the checkout still fails, contact CommuniPass support with the Payment Link name, buyer email, time of attempt, and any error message.
