The buyer clicked the link but reached the wrong page
Check that the correct CommuniPass Payment Link was pasted into ManyChat or Linktree. Make sure you did not use an old test link, expired offer link, or a different product link. Copy the current link again from CommuniPass and replace it in the external tool.
The coupon is not working
Confirm the coupon is active in CommuniPass. Check the spelling, expiration date, usage limit, first-customer rules, minimum purchase rules, and whether the coupon applies to the selected payment model. If the offer copy says the coupon is automatic, make sure the checkout setup supports that flow.
The buyer paid but is confused about the next step
Check the post-purchase redirect and confirmation instructions in CommuniPass. The buyer should know where to go after payment. If the offer requires manual access, make that clear in the confirmation message.
The ManyChat DM is sending but people are not buying
Review the DM copy. It may be too vague, too long, or missing the outcome. Make sure the post, DM, and checkout page all describe the same offer and price.
The Linktree button gets clicks but no purchases
Check the button label, offer clarity, link placement, and checkout page. If too many links appear above the offer, move the CommuniPass link higher during the launch.
The redirect after payment is wrong
Open the Payment Link settings in CommuniPass and confirm the redirect URL. Test the purchase path again from mobile and desktop.
What to send support
If the issue continues, send the offer name, Payment Link URL, screenshot of the external tool link, buyer email if relevant, coupon code, and a short description of what happened.
