Overview
After someone pays through a CommuniPass Payment Link, you should decide what happens next. This can include a redirect, confirmation email, access instructions, a file, a private page, a community, or a manual approval process.
Option 1: Redirect after payment
Use a redirect URL when buyers should go directly to the next step after checkout. This can be an onboarding page, a private page, a form, a calendar link, a webinar page, or another destination.
Option 2: Confirmation email
Buyers receive an automatic confirmation after purchase. Make sure the buyer knows what they bought and what happens next.
Option 3: Manual access
For some offers, you may prefer to review buyers and add them manually. This can be useful for beta access, private communities, or limited services.
Option 4: Buyer list
Use the CommuniPass dashboard to view and manage buyers. You can also export the buyer list when needed.
Best practice
Write the post-payment instructions before launching. A successful purchase should never leave the buyer confused.
