Copy the Payment Link again from CommuniPass and replace the URL inside ManyChat or Linktree. Make sure the full URL was pasted correctly.
The coupon does not apply
Check whether the coupon is active, expired, limited by usage, or connected to the correct Payment Link.
The buyer paid but did not get the next step
Check the post-payment redirect, confirmation email, and buyer record inside CommuniPass. If access is manual, add the buyer according to your access process.
ManyChat did not send the link
Check the trigger, keyword, automation status, and platform permissions inside ManyChat.
Linktree shows the wrong offer
Update the button URL and title. During launches, make sure the main offer is placed near the top.
The buyer used the wrong link
If you use multiple campaigns, label each Payment Link clearly in CommuniPass so you can track which offer was used.
