Before you start
Create your CommuniPass Payment Link first. Make sure the offer name, price, payment type, coupon, and redirect are correct before connecting it to ManyChat.
Step 1: Choose your ManyChat trigger
Choose the action that should start the automation. This can be a comment keyword, story reply, DM keyword, or another ManyChat trigger.
Step 2: Write the first message
Confirm what the user asked for. Keep the first message short and clear.
Step 3: Explain the offer
Explain who the offer is for, what the buyer gets, and why they should act now.
Step 4: Add the CommuniPass Payment Link
Paste the Payment Link into the ManyChat message. Use a clear button label such as Join Now, Get Access, Subscribe, or Buy Now.
Step 5: Test the full flow
Test the trigger from a real social account, click the link, complete checkout, confirm redirect, and verify that the buyer appears in CommuniPass.
