Before you start

Create the offer in CommuniPass first. Make sure the Payment Link, pricing, coupon, redirect, and post-purchase experience are ready before adding the link to ManyChat.

Step 1: Create your CommuniPass Payment Link

In CommuniPass, create the Payment Link for the offer you want to sell. Choose whether it is a one-time payment, monthly subscription, or annual subscription. Add any coupon code, limited-time discount, purchase limit, free trial, or first-month discount if needed.

Step 2: Copy the Payment Link

After the link is ready, copy it from CommuniPass. Open the link in a browser and test it before placing it inside ManyChat.

Step 3: Choose your ManyChat trigger

Inside ManyChat, choose the trigger that matches your campaign. This may be an Instagram comment trigger, keyword trigger, story reply, or another automation trigger.

Step 4: Add the Payment Link to the DM flow

Write a short message that explains what the user asked for and why the offer matters. Then paste the CommuniPass Payment Link into the message. Use clear wording such as “Join here,” “Get access here,” or “Start your subscription here.”

Step 5: Test the full buyer path

Test from the social action all the way to checkout. Comment or send the keyword, receive the DM, click the link, complete or simulate checkout, confirm the post-purchase redirect, and check that the buyer appears in CommuniPass.

Best practices

Keep the DM short. Do not overload the buyer with too much text. Make sure the same offer, price, deadline, and coupon appear consistently in your social post, ManyChat message, and CommuniPass checkout.

Common mistakes

Using the wrong Payment Link, forgetting to test the link on mobile, sending users to a closed or expired offer, promoting a coupon that is not active in CommuniPass, or sending a checkout link before explaining the offer.
