Free Challenge Participant Troubleshooting

Use this article when a Free Challenge participant cannot find the content or access the challenge.

Start with the Master Link

Ask the participant to open the Master Link

They should log in with the same email they used when registering for the challenge.

Common issue: wrong email

If the participant logs in with the wrong email, the challenge may not appear or the View Challenge button may not work. Ask them to check the email they used during registration.

Common issue: WhatsApp content not received

Ask the participant to search WhatsApp for a message from CommuniPass. If they do not find a message or verification step, they may not have completed the registration flow.

They should open the Master Link, go to Support, enter the phone number again, and verify it through WhatsApp.

Common issue: WhatsApp verification worked but content still does not arrive

If the participant only received the verification code but not daily content, WhatsApp may be blocking automated content from a third-party sender. Ask them to open the Master Link, go to Support, and change the delivery channel to email.

Common issue: email content not received

Ask the participant to search inbox, spam, promotions, and all mail for CommuniPass. If the email exists but the daily content is missing, it may be inside an existing email thread.

Common issue: View Challenge is not clickable

This usually means the participant used the wrong email or did not complete the registration flow. Ask them to log out and log back in with the correct email. If the issue continues, they should contact the challenge creator.

Common issue: "No monetization transitions available"

This usually means the participant logged in with the wrong email or the registration was not completed. Ask them to log out and use the correct email.

Common issue: "This connection is not private"

This is usually caused by a workplace, school, or restricted network. Ask the participant to switch to a private internet connection or mobile data.
