Registration flow
A Free Challenge has a registration page just like a Paid Challenge. The difference is that there is no payment terminal or checkout step.
After registration, the participant chooses where they want to receive the daily content. This may include WhatsApp or email, depending on the delivery options available in the challenge.
Delivery channel selection
The participant chooses the channel where they want to receive daily content. Once the channel is selected and verified if needed, CommuniPass uses that channel to send the challenge content during the challenge.
WhatsApp delivery
If the participant chooses WhatsApp, they may need to verify their phone number. Once verification is complete, the daily challenge content should arrive in the same CommuniPass WhatsApp conversation.
Email delivery
If the participant chooses email, the daily challenge content is sent to their email address. Participants should search for CommuniPass in their inbox, spam, promotions, or all mail if they cannot find it.
Master Link
Every participant can use the Master Link to access challenge content and settings:
Through the Master Link, participants can view daily content, update delivery settings, enter or verify a phone number, switch to email if WhatsApp delivery is blocked, and access support.
Welcome Message
Free Challenges include a Welcome Message. Use it to tell participants they are registered, explain how they will receive content, and remind them to save the delivery channel.
Common issues
If a participant cannot access content, the most common reasons are incorrect email, incomplete phone verification, WhatsApp blocking automated messages, or incomplete registration.
Best practices
Tell participants to save the Master Link, search for CommuniPass messages, and use the same email they used during registration.
