Before you start
Prepare your challenge name, start date, challenge dates, daily content plan, welcome message, and registration page copy.
Step 1: Open Challenges
From your dashboard, click **Challenges**.
Step 2: Choose your challenge dates
Choose the dates for the challenge you want to run. This defines when the challenge starts and how the content schedule will work.
Step 3: Choose Free Challenge
After choosing the challenge dates, CommuniPass will ask you to choose the challenge type.
Choose **Free Challenge** if you want participants to register without payment.
If you choose **Paid Challenge**, the system will take you to pricing and checkout setup. If you choose **Free Challenge**, the system skips pricing and takes you directly to building the registration page.
Step 4: Build the registration page
A Free Challenge still has a registration page. This page explains what the challenge is, who it is for, what participants will receive, when it starts, and why they should join.
Because there is no checkout, the registration page should make the value clear and help people understand why they should commit even though the challenge is free.
Step 5: Set the Welcome Message
Add a Welcome Message that explains what happens after registration. Tell participants when the challenge starts, how they will receive content, and what they should do next.
Step 6: Add daily content
Add the content for each day of the challenge. Keep each day simple and action-focused. A good Free Challenge gives people a small win, not a full course.
Step 7: Set participant limit
You can limit the number of participants or keep the challenge unlimited. Use a limit if you want to create scarcity, manage capacity, or run a smaller round.
Step 8: Publish and share your registration link
Once the challenge is ready, publish it and share the registration link with your audience.
What participants experience
Participants register without paying, choose how they want to receive content, and join the challenge. They can also access the daily content through the Master Link.
Best practices
Use a Free Challenge to warm up your audience, collect qualified leads, and lead naturally to a follow-up offer.
