How to Find Your Daily Challenge Content as a Subscriber

If you joined a challenge and cannot find today’s content, this guide explains where to look and how to access the challenge directly.

Where your daily content is sent

Your daily challenge content is sent to you personally by CommuniPass through the delivery channel selected for the challenge, such as WhatsApp or email.

If you cannot find the message, first check your WhatsApp, email inbox, spam folder, promotions tab, or any other channel you used during registration.

How to access your subscriber dashboard

If you still cannot find the content, go to the subscriber login page and enter the email address you used when registering for the challenge.

Update your content delivery channel

Inside the subscriber dashboard, you can enter or update the channel where you want to receive the content. Add your email address or phone number, and from the next scheduled delivery time, your content should be sent to the selected channel.

How to view today’s challenge content immediately

To avoid missing today’s content, use the “View Challenge” button inside the subscriber dashboard. This takes you directly to the daily content for the challenge.

Important note

The subscriber link is a master link. You can use it at any time to view the daily challenge content, even if there was an issue receiving the content through your private delivery channel.
