At CommuniPass, we are committed to ensuring that creators receive 100% of their chosen earnings without deductions. To achieve this, we add platform and processing fees on top of the amount you set, meaning subscribers cover these costs—not the creators.

Payouts are managed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment platforms, and are subject to Stripe’s terms of use and transaction fees, depending on your country. You can review Stripe’s policies here: Stripe Terms of Service.

If you are in a country where Stripe is fully supported, your payouts will be handled directly via Stripe Connect, allowing automatic and seamless withdrawals to your preferred bank account.

How to Set Up Your Payouts with Stripe

1. Go to your Creator Dashboard and open the Payout Settings.

2. Click “Connect with Stripe” and follow the setup instructions.

3. Enter your bank details and complete the identity verification process.

4. Once your account is connected, payouts will be automatically processed based on Stripe’s schedule.

Payout Schedule

Stripe transfers funds directly to your bank account based on your country’s processing times. This typically takes 1-5 business days. You can check Stripe’s country-specific payout schedule here: Stripe Global Payout Schedule.

All payouts are subject to Stripe’s terms and any additional banking fees that may apply.

Payouts for Creators in Non-Supported Stripe Countries (Asia, Africa, Israel)

If you are in a country where Stripe is not fully available, including many regions in Asia, Africa, and Israel, payouts will be processed manually via bank transfer.

How Payouts Work

End of Each Month:
CommuniPass sends a monthly summary with the total earnings to be paid.
Invoice Submission (Within 5 Business Days):
You must submit an invoice within five business days after receiving the summary.
The invoice should match the total earnings amount.
Bank Transfer Processing (Within 7 Business Days):
Once your invoice is received, we process your payout within seven business days, but no earlier than the 20th of the month.
If the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payout is processed on the next business day.

Payout Terms for Israeli Creators

For creators in Israel, CommuniPass is required to collect and report local VAT on all transactions. This affects payouts as follows:

• If you collect VAT, your payout will include VAT, and your invoice must reflect this.

• If you do not collect VAT (e.g., a small business פטור ממע”מ), your payout will exclude VAT, and your invoice must also exclude VAT.

Common Questions

Why haven’t I received my payout?

• Stripe-supported creators: Ensure your Stripe account is fully set up and that your bank details are correct. Payouts follow Stripe’s schedule.

• Non-supported creators: Ensure you have submitted your invoice on time. Late invoices may delay processing. Bank processing times may also vary.

Can I withdraw my earnings anytime?

• Stripe-supported creators: Earnings are transferred automatically based on Stripe’s payout schedule.

• Non-supported creators: Payouts are processed once per month, following the structured timeline.

What happens if a subscriber requests a refund?

Refunds are deducted from the next payout, and the transaction history will reflect any processed refunds.
