Refunds are handled through CommuniPass support. Creators can contact support through the dashboard or website and request help with a refund.
How to request a refund
1. Open support from your dashboard or the CommuniPass website.
2. Share the buyer email.
3. Share the product or offer name.
4. Explain the refund request.
5. Support will help process the request.
Buyer refund form
There is no separate buyer refund form. Refund handling is done through CommuniPass support.
How refunds may affect payouts
If a refund is issued before the creator payout is completed, the refunded amount may be deducted from the amount eligible for payout. If the payout has already been completed, support may need to review the case.
Best practices
Create clear refund terms for your offers, answer buyer questions quickly, and contact support as soon as a refund is needed.
