Use this checklist before publishing an AI Agent
· The agent has a clear name.
· The access type is correct: exclusive or public.
· The selected AI model matches the use case.
· The agent has clear instructions about its role and purpose.
· The agent has clear tone and behavior guidance.
· Important files, documents, links, or raw text have been added to the knowledge base.
· The agent has been tested with common user questions.
· The agent has been tested with questions it should not answer.
· If needed, the agent is restricted to answer only from the knowledge base.
· The agent knows what to say when it does not have enough information.
· The connected channels have been tested.
· The user experience has been checked from the audience side.
Questions to test
· Can the agent explain what it does?
· Can the agent answer the most common customer questions?
· Can the agent guide users to the next step?
· Does the agent avoid making unsupported claims?
· Does the agent respond in the right tone?
· Does the agent know when to say it does not know?
