How to change your plan
1. Open your dashboard.
2. Go to the package or plan management area.
3. Choose the plan you want to move to.
4. Confirm the change.
5. The system will calculate the relevant charge or credit according to the plan change.
When the change takes effect
Plan changes take effect immediately after the change is completed.
Billing adjustment
When you change plans, CommuniPass calculates the charge or credit according to the selected plan change. If you are unsure how the billing adjustment will appear, contact support before completing the change.
When to upgrade
Upgrade when you need more Challenges, AI Agents, Paid Groups, Connections, Coins, advanced reporting, or access to features such as WhatsApp number for AI Agents.
When to downgrade
Downgrade when you no longer need the same level of capacity. Before downgrading, check whether your active assets will still fit within the lower plan limits.
