How to Connect Your AI Agent to WhatsApp, Website, Messenger, and Instagram DM

After building and testing your AI Agent, you can connect it to the communication channels where your audience already interacts with you.

WhatsApp

CommuniPass provides an official WhatsApp integration approved by Meta. During setup, CommuniPass assigns a verified WhatsApp phone number that can be connected to your Facebook Business Manager. Once connected, the AI Agent can respond to messages on WhatsApp.

Website or shareable web link

For the web interface, you can customize the design, title, welcome message, and default questions shown to users. You can embed the chat directly on a website, landing page, or e-commerce store, or copy a shareable link and place it in your bio, emails, or messages.

Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs

You can connect your Facebook account, approve the required permissions, and make the agent available inside Facebook Page messages or Instagram direct messages. Once connected, the AI Agent can respond automatically when someone sends a message.

Live communications and manual takeover

Under Live Communications, you can monitor conversations in real time across channels. If you want to step in manually, you can pause the AI Agent and take over the conversation for up to 60 minutes, then switch it back to AI with one click.

Important validation note

Before publishing, confirm which channels are currently available and which are “coming soon,” especially Telegram and Discord.
