How is the challenge duration set, and how many content days does it include?

The challenge duration is based on two settings:

  1. Start date

  2. Number of challenge days

The duration reflects the total calendar days from the start date to the end date.

For example: if your challenge is set for 21 days and starts on the 1st of the month, it will end on the 21st.

However – the actual number of content days depends on your delivery settings.

If you chose not to send content on certain days, such as Saturday, Sunday, or both – the number of active content days will decrease.

Example:

In a 21-day challenge, if you disabled content delivery on both Saturday and Sunday, that’s 2 skipped days per week.

Over 3 weeks, you’ll skip 6 days, meaning you’ll actually send only 15 pieces of content.

To summarize:

  • Challenge duration = start date + total calendar days

  • Actual content days = total days minus the days you’ve disabled delivery

We recommend checking this in advance to plan your content schedule accordingly.
